SC are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced multi-disciplinary design team to develop feasibility designs (RIBA stage 0/1) to technical design (RIBA stage 4) for a programme of refurbishment and upgrade of their Staff Welfare and Customer Facilities Blocks (totalling 80) across the canal network in Scotland. The number of actual individual projects will be identified by SC through a Priority List which will be made available to the successful Bidder.
