Title: Opportunity to deliver support, education, and employment opportunities for people with a learning and or physical disability at Princess Christian’s Farm

The Opportunity

Kent County Council are looking to commission an organisation or consortium of providers to provide a day opportunities service for people with learning and or physical disabilities at Princess Christian Farm, Riding Lane, Hildenborough. The current provider is ceasing their involvement with the current arrangement and as such we will be using the Procurement in an Emergency Guidance to expedite identification of a new provider under the provision of a call for competition using a standard procedure with accelerated timescales. Further procurement processes information will follow.

The current arrangement involves an Adult Social Care Contract which is linked to a lease on the land and buildings which are owned by KCC. In the new arrangement it is envisaged that the Contract and the lease will be separate and the details of this will be set out in the tender documentation.
