Scope
Description
Havering is seeking a provider for the Ageing Well Community Wellness & Empowerment Service, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for older individuals.
This service will address physical, social, and environmental needs through tailored exercise programmes focused on falls prevention, diverse social engagement activities, and support at home.
Key objectives include:
Promoting overall wellness
Mitigating loneliness and isolation
Providing educational workshops on health literacy, financial planning, and technology use
We envision a collaborative partnership with specialist providers to ensure an integrated approach that maximises the effectiveness and reach of the programme. This cohesive strategy will enable us to deliver comprehensive services to older residents, leveraging shared resources and expertise.
Interested providers are invited to demonstrate their capability to deliver these services effectively and to collaborate in forming strategic partnerships that will benefit the community.
