Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 360 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services.

EEM Ltd will be conducting a tender exercise for the renewal of our existing Materials Framework in September 2024 (EEM0072 and EEM0074 Kitchen and Bathrooms Framework) .

Our current Materials Framework (EEM0072) expires on 31st March 2025 and EEM will be looking to have the new Framework go live on 01st April 2025 with a lead in period before.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

EEM Ltd will be conducting a tender exercise for the renewal of our existing Materials Framework (EEM0072 and EEM0074 Kitchen and Bathrooms) .

The current EEM0072 Framework expires on 31st March 2025 and EEM will be looking to have the new Framework go live on 01st April 2025 with a lead in period before.

The framework is likely to be split into lots including National and Regional Independent Main Management (One Stop Shop) offering along with Trade Specific Material lots and a lot for the provision of Plant and Tool Equipment Hire .

The lot structure described above is subject to change and the final lot structure will be confirmed within the tender documents and contract notice when published in September 2024.
