The proposed contract is for a period of 1 year, commencing on 01/04/2023. The Contracting Authority intends to direct award this contract to their incumbent provider.
If no expressions of interest are received, the Authority intends to enter a contract with the incumbent provider relying upon a Regulation 32 exemption of no response/no requests to participate have been submitted in response to this notice, within 30 days of publication.
In order to express an interest to provide the services under the advertised contract, a completed Expression of Interest Form will need to submitted via the portal (the form to be completed can be found together with the strategic intentions paper, and the specification by accessing the tender portal).

Instructions on how to access the project via our E-tendering portal:
1) Browse the SoEPS Commissioning Support portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning
2) Click the "Register" link on the left-hand side of the page.
3) Enter your correct business and user details.
4) Note the email address and password chosen and Click "Register My Company" when complete.
5) Login to the portal with the username/password.
6) You will be prompted to change your password on first login.
7) Hover your mouse over the "Tenders" button on the main toolbar and choose the relevant option:
