The University of Hertfordshire ("The University") is looking for the provision and implementation of a dedicated platform that will consolidate Health and Safety information and management tasks into a centrally accessible management system.It aims to offer live information monitoring, action tracking, access to tools/resources (e.g. risk assessment tools, improved incident reporting), scalable reporting (organisationally and at an SBU/department level), and improved user interface and experience.It is intended that the contract will run for an initial period of three years with the option to extend by a further two years in one-year increments, subject to satisfactory performance.All University policies and regulations relating to information, security, data management, systems, and services, will apply to all contracts resulting from this tender.
