It is anticipated that the service will provide consistent, one to one support that will be provided for as long as needed to meet the complex needs; support will minimising the touchpoints that that children and young people impacted by violence are exposed to; simple navigation to, through and on from the service will be put in place so that it is easier to find the right support or for the right support to find those that need the service the most; and there will be a diverse offer enabling choice and autonomy for the young person to achieve their individual outcomes. Learning and improvement will be embedded in the service so that it evolves through delivery, this will include developing an accurate picture of need, demand, and provision for CYP impacted by violence (including emerging and maturing issues e.g. county lines, girls & young women).
