This is not a Call for Tender. NI Water is seeking to understand market capability for the following software. If you can provide software capable of the following please email us using the email address in this notice (sourcing@niwater.com) FAO Dean Campbell so that we can discuss further. Responses are requested by 5pm Monday 7th August 2023.

NI Water is seeking to procure a software solution to carry out in-depth technical analysis of Electrical inspection and testing documents (Electrical Installation certificates, Electrical installation condition reports, Minor works certificates etc.) to validate and check each essential field for correctness, regulatory compliance, and accuracy.

The software will have the capability to read the electrical document performing calculations and checks against electrotechnical principles to sign post the organisation to risk and failures. Engineering benchmarking performance, Resistivity, current carrying calculations and observations all presented seamlessly and automatically.

The system will prompt users when results are starting to show signs of deterioration, to allow them to plan, check and take action in areas that have the potential to generate risk in the future.
