The Agency requires a replacement Access Control System and hardware. Interested suppliers are expected to complete the pre-qualification questionnaire and a non-disclosure agreement prior to picking up the spec – on a USB stick (on wc 15th August)

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Agency requires a replacement Access Control System and hardware. The current system is Honeywell WIN-PAK with ~230 Access Controlled Doors configured across 20 Intelligent Controller units and associated Pro 3200 Dual Reader Boards.

The replacement system must be fully integrated to the Agency's Cortech security management system and be fully compatible and compliant with the GovPass system. GovPass is a functional specification that is being deployed throughout the public sector estate.

This requirement includes the design, supply, installation and commissioning of equipment and software to replace the existing Honeywell WIN-PAK System.

This project will be run over an 18 month period, and must fully complete by February 2024
