two.1.4) Short description

The Council is establishing a Legal Services Framework where approved Suppliers will be able to compete for specific requirements notified by the Council as and when requirements are identified.

Tenders for inclusion on this Framework are invited by the Council from Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to provide the Council with legal advice and support in relation to:

Lot 1 Transport Infrastructure, Regeneration and Property

Lot 2 Competition, Procurement and Construction Contracts

Lot 3 Highways Development Management

This Framework is anticipated to commence in October 2022 and will expire 4 years after commencement date.

There are no guarantees of work or spend and any resulting contract is not exclusive.

Award of works under the Framework Lots can be by either further competition or direct award.

This Framework will be open for use for the wider Public and other sectors Please contact procurement@worcestershire.gov.uk for further information. The Council is looking for an anticipated 3 suppliers per Lot for Lots 1 and 2 and anticipated 1 supplier for Lot 3. We reserve the right to vary this number.

Tenderers can submit a bid for one or all Lots but can only sit on one of Lots' 1 and 2. They can be successful on Lot 3 in addition to Lots 1 and 2. Where a bidder is successful on multiple Lots the Council will agree which Lots the Tenderer is awarded to.
