Description
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Repair, Emergency Call-Out, and Installation Services for assets including but not limited to: o Instrument Control Panels o Sewage/ Drainage Pumps Submersible o Sewage/ Drainage Pumps Dry Well o Water Booster Pumps o Grease Traps and Cess Pits Tankering Services - Including removal and disposal of effluent in accordance with all relevant waste management regulations. Temporary Pumps - The contractor shall provide, install, operate, and maintain temporary pumping solutions, proactively proposing their use where it delivers a demonstrable commercial benefit to Anchor, particularly as a cost-effective alternative to tankering. Asset Capture - Initial survey and ongoing maintenance of an asset register for all in-scope equipment, including condition reporting and recommendations.
