The total estimated total value for this framework will be between £310,517 and £776,293, with a total maximum term framework agreement of 4 years.

Explanation:
Leidos Supply Ltd will be looking to award a framework under Regulation 32(2)(B) (ii) and (iii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which allows for the use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication “where the works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reason:--….
(ii) competition is absent for technical reasons
(iii)the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights.’
LumriaDX is the only UK manufacturer of a rapid COVID-19 Antigen immunoassay test on a platform that has functionality to perform other immunoassay tests such as Covid-19 Antibody, INR, d-dimer, for example. For SARS-CoV-2 Ag Test Strip Kit and SARS-CoV-2 Ag Liquid Control Solution, LumiraDX are the only immunoassay rapid Ag point of care test available on the market.
