And also provide answers to the questions below: 1. Please provide your name, contact details, and email address so that we can keep you advised of any changes in the proposed procurement schedule. 2. What features of the proposals, as described in Section 4 are of particular interest to you as a supplier and why? 3. Are there any features of this requirement that are of concern to you and why? How might these be addressed? 4. What information would you require for you to provide a robust bid? 5. Would you propose an alternative pricing model? 6. Sellafield Ltd intends to use its own terms and conditions for this contract, are these acceptable to you? 7. Is CPI an acceptable index for price adjustment for inflation? 8. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be one of the tools used to monitor key Service Level Agreement (SLA) areas. Please provide an example of KPI's that would be submitted and frequency. 9. In similar contracts that you have operated as a supplier of Bulk & Packaged Chemicals, have you held and been responsible for supply to a Nuclear Licensed Site? 10.
