In line with the national strategy, the service will apply a resilience-based approach to preventing misuse and facilitating recovery and the model must ensure that service delivery is fully integrated with provisions from within the wider health and wellbeing universal services. The Service will create a climate of hope and raised expectations about what can be achieved and draw on the support and experience of peers to provide inspiration for those who are at the early stages of their journey.
