NHS24 is required to undertake urgent fit out works at its new office space within Caledonian House - Dundee. NHS24's landlord is currently undertaking Category A fit out works with its contracted provider, Insite Group, for the whole site. To ensure the office space is operational by early November, NHS24 intends to contract directly with Insite group to take control of the Cat A work for its two suites while concurrently undertaking the Category B fit out works. This is to try and ensure NHS 24 has additional capacity due to anticipated winter pressures on the Health Service and NHS 24 expanded role
