Wandsworth Borough Council seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver a mental health accommodation support service in accordance with the Housing Support Preventative Service programme in Wandsworth. The contract will be for a period of four years commencing on 1st April 2022 and subject to an optional extension of up to three (3) further years at the absolute discretion of the Council.
The Council has set a ceiling price of £288,875 per annum, resulting in a maximum contract value of £2,022,125 over the proposed contract period (7 years) including the extension period.

Wandsworth Borough Council seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver a mental health accommodation support service to service users with long term mental health conditions and complex needs who are eligible within the criteria of the Care Act 2015 and have housing needs in Wandsworth. The provider will provide housing related support to encourage and support vulnerable service users to manage their tenancy and move towards achieving independent living.
The contract will be for a period of four years commencing on 1st April 2022 and subject to an optional extension of up to three (3) further years at the absolute discretion of the Council.
The Council has set a ceiling price of £288,875 per annum for the contract, which will result in a maximum contract value of £2,022,125 over the proposed contract period (7 years) including the extension period.
