IIntroduction

The Supported Housing Commissioning Team (SHCT) acknowledges that increasingly, young people who are assessed by our Housing Solutions Team officers are presenting with more complex needs.

In order to address this issue, the SHCT has developed a new service model. Prior to inviting providers to tender for this provision in the near future, we would like to explore with service providers how this new service model will be delivered and its potential costs through this soft marketing exercise.

For those support providers who would like to engage with this process, we will send the service specification with the questions and a value for money workbook to complete to give indicative costings for the service model.
