Orbit is looking to procure a supplier for our External Audit requirements that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit.

The audit shall cover Orbit Group Limited and all current subsidiaries, which includes Orbit Homes (2020) Limited (development company), Orbit Treasury Limited, Orbit Housing Association Limited, Orbit Capital Plc (funding vehicle for bonds), and two non-trading entities Orbit New Homes Limited and Orbit Gateway Limited.

The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence on 1st November 2021.

The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years (on a 1 + 1 +1 basis) based on acceptable performance and current requirements.
