seven.2.1) Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

A two-year extension to the Restart Scheme contracts. With a change of the eligibility criteria from nine (9) months on Universal Credit to six (6) or more consecutive months on Universal Credit and in the Intensive Work Search Regime (IWSR).

A two-year extension, as allowed for in the contract, to the current Restart contracts which was announced in the 2023 Autumn Statement.
