Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) are seeking a supplier to provide medical device maintenance for it's entire asset list, approximately 17,000 items.

Bidders will be required provide costs for a Fully Comprehensive Cover (FCC) service. CLCH ask that the service provider supplies a fully comprehensive service contract. All managed equipment shall be costed to include (not exhaustive):

• safety inspections

• inventory management

• commissioning

• transportation

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service

• decommissioning

• disposal

• risk assessment

• supply and fitting of parts

• breakdown or corrective maintenance service
