This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is intended to create a flexible arrangement for the supply of Electricity to the Meter Point Reference Numbers (MPRNs) located throughout the Belfast Harbour Estate during the term of the DPS, to deliver a cost effective solution and meet BHC's requirements.

Admission on to the DPS will require economic operators to meet selection criteria. Each Call Off competition under the DPS will be based on the most economically advantageous tender with award criteria being (in descending order of importance) price, sustainability and data.
