Description:- The Employer, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing wishes to undertake Servicing & Maintenance contract to the Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting & AOV systems throughout a range of 165 buildings, community bases, sheltered living schemes and hubs. The Employer is seeking the services of a competent and capable Contractor to deliver these works.
