Pembrokeshire County Council’s aim in purchasing this service is to reduce homelessness by supporting individuals to access and maintain suitable accommodation and also to sustain their homes and tenancies.
The service will focus on early intervention, providing a full range of support aimed at preventing the loss of a Service User’s home and developing capacity and life skills so that Service Users can live independently.
The service will offer both Supported Accommodation and Floating Support provision to people who have a significant substance misuse issue which can relate to the misuse of drugs or alcohol or both.
