Scope

Description

The updated HAMP provides a clear, evidence led framework for investing in and maintaining the network in a more proactive and efficient way. By shifting from reactive repairs to planned, preventative maintenance, the council can reduce long term costs, minimise disruption and extend the life of critical assets. This approach strengthens network resilience, supports active travel and enhances safety for all users.
