London and Quadrant (L&Q) Housing Trust are seeking to appoint contractors in the following areas of work -
- Servicing of all fire safety related equipment on all L&Q sites, including any new or transferred stock with L&Qs portfolio.
-Fire Risk Assessment (FRAs) works
-Active and remediation works via servicing inspections.
The contract is split into 5 lots noted below.
Lot 1 - Fire Alarms
Lot 2 - AOV (Smoke Control)
Lot 3 - Curtains, extinguishers and blankets (Fire fighting equipment)
Lot 4 - Risers and Hydrants
Lot 5 - Sprinkler Systems
L&Q will be using a JCT MTC 2016 with amendments. The Contract will be for seven years.
