The National Lottery Community Fund (hereafter referred to as 'the Fund') is seeking to procure a suitable supplier (or consortium of suppliers) for an independent evaluation and learning support contract for the #iwill Fund.

The #iwill Fund is a collaboration between the Fund and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), working with Match Funders to create Youth Social Action opportunities. We are seeking a supplier to help evaluate an increase of funding in the #iwill Fund between October 2022 and March 2027 with a chance for extension. The evaluation should help us understand the impact of the #iwill Fund on the key stakeholder groups we influence through our funding. We also expect suppliers to convene and provide learning support to match funders, developing learning products. The contract budget is £1,000,000 excluding VAT.

The Contract Term is October 2022 - March 2027 with the option to extend by 12 months.
