The Salvage and Marine Operations (SALMO) Team, part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), have a requirement to establish a seven (7) year Framework Agreement with a single Shipbroking Operator to provide shipbroking services, worldwide, across the commercial shipping sectors.

The Salvage and Marine Operations (SALMO) Team, part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), have a requirement to establish a seven (7) year Framework Agreement with a single Shipbroking Operator to deliver the following services, worldwide, across the commercial shipping sectors:

1. Worldwide emergency and routine ship chartering services, 24/7 365 days a year.

2. Worldwide ship sale and purchase services.

3. Worldwide recurring and bespoke market intelligence and research services, 24/7 365 days a year.

4. Commercial shipping market awareness seminars.
