The construction works is currently limited to the Phase 2 and 3 Infrastructure Works comprising of

approximately 1.3 km of single carriageway highway including priority junctions and roundabouts,

footways and cycleway links, associated earthworks, drainage, culverts, street furniture, lighting,

services, accommodation works, service diversions and environmental mitigation works.

It should also be noted that once five Suppliers haves been selected all other Suppliers will rejected and excluded from tendering if their total response score is 1 or more marks below that of the fifth ranking score.
