Renfrewshire Council require to procure software contractors to undertake the Exhibition AV software production and design following the extension, renovation and refurbishment of the Grade A listed paisley Museum. The Exhibition AV Software production requirements include the provision of Films/ Animations, Digital Interactive Games, Touch screen information screens and AV Shows. We are looking for high quality, robust and creative solutions that will engage visitors to the new Paisley Museum. Successful contractors will work with us and our stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

The "1. AV Software Project Overview" document attached contains more detail on the anticipated requirements. There are also 5 video presentations which provide background and information on the project.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

At this stage, the strategy for procurement of the requirements is still being developed and the Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with the market to take views on the optimum procurement route that will be adopted.

The Contracting Authority has prepared a market engagement questionnaire "2. PMR AV Software - Market Engagement Questionnaire" which is included as an additional document.

It is anticipated that each requirement will be procured individually and requirements/ value is estimated to be:

Contract 1 - Digital Interactives (est. value 145,000 GBP)

Contract 2 - Touch screen information screens & Content Management system (est. value 75,000 GBP)

Contract 3 -Film/ Animation (est. value 120,000 GBP)

Contract 4 - AV Shows (est. value 70,000)

The publication of this notice does not oblige the Contracting Authority to commence a procurement process in respect of any or all of services referred to in this notice.
