Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to commission an external partner to:1. Determine amenable levels of treatment and support service provision for people experiencing gambling-related harms who would benefit from treatment or support (i.e. treatment thresholds)2. Estimate the prevalence of people experiencing gambling-related harms who would benefit from treatment and support, segmented by, age, gender, ethnicity and socio-economic status, at both national and local levels (local authority and NHS footprint) in England, for the most recent financial year for which reliable data exists3. Estimate the annual demand for specialist gambling treatment services at national and local levels; ideally covering both the overall individuals accessing the service and the specific demand for treatment options identified as available (e.g. specialist, residential, combined treatment package)4. Estimate the number of children and affected others who are living with adults experiencing gambling-related harms who would benefit from treatment at both national and local levels.
