Islington Council and Camden Council invite suitable expressions of interest from suppliers
for the Camden and Islington Young People’s Sexual Health Service.
This service will provide high quality sexual health support to young people up to the age of
25. The service will provide clinical support and equip young people with the education and
tools to best manage their relationships, sexual health, and wellbeing.
The ‘Core Offer’ will be comprised of:
Provision of level 1 and 2 and limited level 3 Integrated Sexual Health Clinics (in both
Camden and Islington)
Health advice, emotional support, and counselling
Clinics are intended to be nurse led, with accessible facilities.
The ‘Community Offer’ will comprise of:
Relationship and Sex Education
Clinical Outreach
Targeted and one-to-one support
Workforce Development,

Contract Value
The maximum available budget for the block contract is £10,693,467 for the maximum 108-month term of the contract. This is based on a value of £1,188,163 per annum. The contract value covers an equitable service across both boroughs.
In addition to the block contract value, we will also have a standard tariff structure for Level
3 activity delivered as part of this contract. It is estimated that the value of the additional
tariff based activities is not likely to exceed £20,000 per annum. A schedule of activities and
tariffs is included within the tender documents.

The maximum available budget for the block contract is £13,671,621 for the maximum 108-month term of the contract. This is based on a value of £1,519,069 per annum. The contract value covers an equitable service across both boroughs.
In addition to the block contract value, we will also have a standard tariff structure for Level
3 activity delivered as part of this contract. It is estimated that the value of the additional
tariff based activities is not likely to exceed £20,000 per annum. A schedule of activities and
tariffs is included within the tender documents.
