Rochdale Borough Specialist Health Improvement Service seeks to provide high quality health improvement services within the context of the Borough’s wider prevention offer for residents with a family based approach to delivering the services. The core aim of the service is to support families to live a healthy lifestyle, prevent the escalation of health and lifestyle related problems within our population and develop health and wellbeing action by communities, volunteers and front line services.
