Halton Borough Council is responsible for commissioning services to promote the health and wellbeing of the residents of Halton with the aim of improving public health outcomes and reducing health inequalities for individuals across the life course. Through this specification the Commissioners seek to work in partnership to plan and commission the delivery of the Specialist Community Substance Misuse Community Service (Adults). Our vision is to have a modern, integrated, recovery orientated, substance misuse treatment system for individuals, carers and families in Halton who need support to recover from substance misuse and to get their lives back on track. TUPE will apply to this service.
