North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of NHS North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) wishes to commission a framework agreement for the provision of non-emergency patient transport, unscheduled care (emergency) and taxi transport services.
In preparation for the proposed framework North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) and the Contracting Authority are holding a Bidder Event on 12 July 2024 at 10:30 via Microsoft Teams. This event will provide an overview of the Transport Provider Procurement Framework, the Procurement process and on how to submit a bid.
It is important to note that this is not a call for competition and as such you will need to express your interest in any future opportunity once the contract notice is published in Find a Tender and on Contracts Finder.
NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool, Atamis, to communicate with potential providers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communications with NECS, will be conducted via Atamis: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome
