The Midlands Net Zero Hub (MNZH), hosted by Nottingham City Council, is seeking to procure dedicated PAS 2035 consultancy support from suitably experienced and qualified entities to support their consortiums implementation of Home Upgrade Grant Phase 2 (HUG 2) and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Phase 2 (SHDF wave 2) until 31st March 2025.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The service will support Local Authorities and MNZH consortium member Registered social housing Providers (RPs) successfully delivering Department of Energy Security and Net Zero funded projects compliantly. The Provider will provide a central point of contact to support local authorities in the region to deliver capital measures in compliance to PAS 2035 to help tackle fuel poverty while improving building energy efficiency and subsequently reducing carbon.
This contract will be awarded initially for a value of up to £100k for delivery until 30th September 2025.
Subject to the Contractor’s satisfactory performance, and MNZH successfully being awarded further funding, the Authority may at its unfettered discretion extend the contract to deliver further support for future government funding grant schemes across the Midlands until 31st March 2028 to a maximum value of £1.5m.
