1. Ability to provide a high quality service that is responsive to the medical staffing requirements of ED to ensure work life balance is visible.

2.Consideration of service support channels.

3. Flexible costing aligned to the changing recruitment of medical staffing.

4. Ensures the correct skill mix is rostered for the peaks and demands of an ED, to ensure patients receive the best care and length of stay is kept at a minimum.

5. Cost effective.
