This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Liverpool Place has awarded a 5 month contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver case management/ health oversight of patients who are either subject to section 3 or section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983. The contract will start on the 12th May 2025, expire on 30th September 2025 and has a contract value of £218,650.
