The Authority awards a contract to RELX (UK) Limited t/a LexisNexis under Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) and (iii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
RELX (UK) Limited t/a LexisNexis provides access to an online legal database containing unique content the Authority requires. This content can only be made available from the source publisher i.e. (RELX (UK) Limited t/a LexisNexis).
Lexis+ is a proprietary service which contains unique content only published by RELX (UK) Limited t/a LexisNexis.
