This section seeks to outline a description and scope of requirements for the Supply of Landlord Electricity for Choice Housing Ireland Limited. For clarity please see detail below: At present landlord electricity is split across the following tariffs for our sites: Domestic 24hr Domestic E7 Small Business 24hr Small Business E7 Large Business Electricity suppliers may have various names for the above tariffs but Choice anticipates the above descriptions can clearly identify the nature of the tariffs. This procurement exercise is restricted to those electricity suppliers who are currently able to supply electricity under these tariffs to properties in Northern Ireland, as identified by those suppliers who, by the tender deadline, hold the appropriate license from the Northern Ireland Utility Regulator. No other supplier, energy broker or consultant will be considered eligible to tender for this supply of electricity.
