SMBC is looking to re-open the Flexible Contracting Arrangement (FCA) Agreement to allow providers to submit bids for Social Care and Support Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities.The FCA will be open for 6 months with evaluations taking place each month and the last deadline for submissions being 22nd September 2023. Lot 1 - Personal Care and Lot 2 - Bespoke Specialist Short Breaks will be re-opened to allow providers to submit bids.
