Skysiren Sustain & Enhance is a UK Five Eyes programme that provides Near Real Time Intelligence (NRTI) essential Situational Awareness, Combat Identification and Critical Threat Warning to enhance platform and force element survivability, as well as contributing to greater interoperability with coalition forces. The MOD requires support to the continuance of the SKYSIREN support service.

• Project Management including meetings, secretarial support, facilities etc.
• A Delivery team that is capable or working up to SUKEO Security classification (Secret UK Eyes Only).
• Provision of a Service Desk.
• UK Theatre Interface Node (TIN) Support including on-site support, incident fault management and routine maintenance.
• Engineering Support to the Authority including investigation of equipment failure reports and System Monitoring.
• Installing Hardware & Software Upgrades to fixed sites and deployed platforms.
• Design & Installation to new Platforms.
• Patch Management.
• Managing routine maintenance and In-Service Management.
• Provision of a Transition Plan detailing how the current SKYSIREN support arrangements will transition to the new contracting arrangement.
• Software update application.
• Provision of technical roadmap inc. regular updates.
• Design of technical solutions including technical refreshes in line with requirements derived from technical roadmaps, change management etc. and associated Architectural support.
• Reference System (SIL). Maintaining and managing Reference System(s) and associated documentation in line with the live systems.
