two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The co-located advocacy service in Hammersmith & Fulham provides support for survivors of domestic abuse who are working with statutory services, such as those interacting with housing who are at risk of homelessness, those who have reported to the police and are engaging with the criminal justice system, and those who are currently working with children's social care. The purpose of the service is to facilitate engagement with these services, improve outcomes within the co-location area, and ease referral pathways between these services and specialist domestic abuse support services.
At a minimum, we are procuring least two IDVA's - one based in housing, one based within the criminal justice system. These IDVA's will work as part of one comprehensive team to support survivors accessing housing support and engaging with the criminal justice system. The base financial envelope for this is £136,000 per annum for a maximum of four years.
There is a potential for the total envelope to increase up to £220,000. If this additional funding is granted, we would procure an IDVA co-located in children's social care who would work alongside the housing/criminal justice IDVA.
Any additional funding beyond the cost of delivering IDVAs in the three co-located areas should be used to complement the delivery of the core service. Tenderers will be expected to outline what they would deliver and how it would be beneficial to the delivery of the service.
Tenderers will be required to register on capital e-sourcing to bid for the service.
We are hosting a market engagement event on Thursday 3rd August from 10am-12pm in Hammersmith and online on the 15th August 12pm-1pm
