***PRE MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXCERCISE *** ID 4272668 - SEUPB - Maintenance, hosting and support of electronic monitoring PEACE PLUS - PME. Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)as the Managing Authority for the European Union’s €1.2bn PEACE PLUS Programme is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced supplier to provide maintenance, updates, hosting, support, and help-desk facilities to an already established (and in continued development) EU Grants Monitoring System - ‘Jems’. At the time of the proposed appointment of a maintenance contractor, all available modules of the Jems electronic monitoring system will have been implemented by the SEUPB and the system will have been utilised to facilitate the opening stages of the PEACEPLUS Programme delivery from 2022. The current contracts, which incorporate a managed support service and hosting, centre on the implementation phase of the Jems electronic monitoring system are due to expire on 04/05/2023. **PLEASE NOTE: THE DEADLINE FOR REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION IS 3PM ON 11 AUGUST 2022.
