The London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations in relation to the Highways and Lighting Contract. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Open Procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Contract will be for an initial term of five years with options to extend three times for a period of 12 months each time.
