Description
The provision of tankering services for planned and emergency work plus tankering support during any incidents. This would mean provision of larger numbers of tankers at very short notice. Tankering can be anywhere across the Anglian Water region and an estimated annual spend of approx £16 m. We are also looking for companies who would be happy to collaborate to promote efficiencies. Looking to award to up to 30 companies

Description of possible extension:
Subject to the satisfactory performance of the Supplier(s), Anglian Water may elect at its sole discretion to extend the Agreement(s) in whole or in part by 3 further periods of one year each or for any alternative periods and not expiring later than 8 years from the Effective Date.

Description
Anglian Water is initiating a single-stage procurement process for the provision of liquid tankering services across its operational region. This framework will cover all tankering requirements, including emergency response, where suppliers must be capable of deploying a large number of tankers at very short notice. Framework operation description
Suppliers are required to submit their rates for the services outlined in this tender. Each geographical area (Lot) will be evaluated independently.
As part of the pricing submission, suppliers must provide a detailed breakdown of their rates. This should include the proportion of the total rate attributable to key cost components such as labour, fuel, and any other relevant factors. Each component should be expressed as a percentage of the overall rate, to provide transparency and support value-for-money assessments.

Competitive flexible procedure description
This is a single-stage procurement event in which suppliers will be assessed based on both their capability to deliver the required services and the competitiveness of their commercial proposals.
Suppliers may submit bids for up to four geographical areas. The highest-scoring suppliers in each area will be appointed to the framework. The framework allows for the appointment of up to 30 suppliers across all four lots, with an anticipated minimum of six suppliers per lot.
Framework awards will be contingent upon suppliers meeting all mandatory Pass/Fail criteria, successfully completing risk assessments, and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the contract.
