Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in the cases listed below

  • The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the regulations

Explanation:

- To ensure a focus on covid recovery planning and delivery

- To allow the CCG to work with wider stakeholder partners including the Provider Collaborative to align any future commissioning intentions with the emerging ICS plans to address the Mental Health Long Term Plan ambitions.

- To allow the CCG to plan for the model legacy and focus on Service User and wider stakeholder engagement to shape the service to meet the requirements of the emerging Place populations across Vale of York linking in to PCN plans. This will ensure that commissioning of future services is in line with relevant legislation and incorporates a fit for purpose model.
