The Disclosure and Barring Service is seeking to procure a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to assist with the establishment of the DBS Academy. A supplier is required to deliver a digital solution which shall support the DBS in both organisational learning and the development, growth and progression of all employees. The Solution shall replace the current manual processes and enable the business to coordinate learning and development activity ensuring the continuous professional development of its staff to enable them to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
