These Trade Contract Works shall comprise the trade contractor to be responsible for the following scope of works. This comprises of all management, supervision, design (where applicable), labour, plant, and materials to facilitate all logistic works outlined within this document including but not limited to the following:
•Logistics management.
•Administration and management of all deliveries to site (To be coordinated with SRM site management).
•Appointed person.
•Waste management.
•Administration and management of Clear up Notices.
•Management and maintenance of site welfare, security, and offices.
•Management and maintenance of all access routes and storage areas.
•Management and maintenance of temporary waterproofing.
•Rainwater management.
•Site Hoarding maintenance.
•Traffic control and vehicle /pedestrian segregation.
•Site labourers.
•Handyman tasks.
•Signage
•Line markings
•Fire Marshals and fire points.
•WC/Welfare consumables
•Collaborative input into Sir Robert McAlpine Project Management Plans and reports
•Regular feed-out of various data and reports
