This framework agreement is for the provision of a Low-Tech Homecare Dispense & Delivery Service for Licensed Medicines for patients of Member Trusts referred to henceforth as the ‘Service’ to Participating Trusts
Low Tech Home Delivery is for a Dispense and Delivery Service which may include oral, topical, and inhaled products.
The Supplier will provide a Homecare service for the purchasing, dispensing and delivery of low-tech therapies. In addition to this, the Supplier may choose to provide an added value service, Patient Support Programme (PSP) for patients of the Purchasing Authorities in the EMPC. The expectation is that all patients under the care of these Purchasing Authorities must receive the same level of service irrespective of their UK address, in particular all patients residing on the Isle of Wight.
