The ATS team within the Council operates the service. The team take referrals for telecare customers (and other assistive technology solutions) they assess potential customers, install telecare equipment, and undertake any maintenance or remedial work required. Luton ATS service will in the next few years be at the heart of digital transformation as we drive forward more early prevention digital support for adults, children’s and housing. We want the digital equipment to start an exciting digital journey for LBC.
